Did you notice that David Palmer's brother is somehow the president in this season?

Oddly enough I have no recollection of how last season ended. Keefer still looks hot as grizzly but I don't recognize that GIRL that looks like Chloe. Are they making Chloe a sex kitten?!? And where is Audrey? She must have confessed her love and got the bullet.
