I should have used the low sodium soy sauce, the salt in the soy sauce made it a tad bitter when thickening. <br><br>Oh and yellow tail used to be hip. But beyond the hipsters, it still taste good. For the price, you still cant beat it. In fact, made my sauce with some yellow tail cabernet sauvignon. Still drinking it today.
